Please be aware that the final price, including shipping fees, will be provided before you place your order. Once the order is confirmed, the shipping fee cannot be changed.

Upon receiving your purchase, both the Customer and the Seller (or its representative) should inspect the condition of the parcel. By signing the parcel's delivery document, the Customer acknowledges the condition of the parcel. If the parcel is damaged, altered, or the contents do not match the order, the Customer should make note of it on the parcel delivery document. In the presence of the Seller or its representative, a free-form act should be written regarding any discrepancies in the purchase content or condition. Failure to do so means the Seller is not responsible for any damage or discrepancies in the order, unless such damage is due to manufacturing faults and/or is easily visible.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy has a 30-day time limit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specific number of days.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
